Jeff Devoll
Jeff has traveled to 30 countries, is a professional writer, spoken to more than 1,000,000 people, and built his own house. What he’s really passionate about is helping people be the best version of themselves. He also loves his wife and kids a lot. His biggest challenge in life has been helping his autistic son, Declan, learn to talk, make eye contact, sleep, and other things typical kids do.
Tanya Devoll
Tanya Devoll is the most efficient person on the planet. Somehow, she raises two children (one with special needs), runs two non-profits, shuttles other teenagers around, helps students raise money for trips, runs two small businesses, travels internationally, and is a gourmet cook. She organizes trips for hundreds of students each year making sure every last detail is covered.Yet, with all that, if you email her, she will most likely email you back in minutes.
Edith Michael
Edith Michael is our Baja Family Program Director. She has a heart to keep families together and to provide homes for orphans. Edith has worked with children for many years, running several kids' programs with over 300 kids. She has been blessed to adopt 3 children of her own. Edith coaches the single moms in Hope Village as well.
Robyn Devoll
Robyn is a graduate of Michigan State University. She is a fast learner and hard worker. In her free time she loves to read and paint.
Sam Sikapizye
Director of iDream Sam runs a school, clinic, farm, and church in Zambia, Africa.
Dezerai Seitzer
Dezerai leads trips to Africa and Baja. She is heading up our teen girl dorm in Zambia.
David Ewbank
David is passionate about serving and helping others. He truly loves to see people succeed. He likes to travel, ride motorcycles and live life. He is a proud father of 3 children and 1 grandson. His favorite thing to do is lead teams on house builds in Mexico.
